The Latest Show Results, plus a Multi-BIS Owner-Handled Chihuahua

In his Monday Morning Mop-Up, Dog Show Poop’s Blogger-in-Chief Billy Wheeler reports on this weekend’s all-breed events, from New York’s Finger Lakes district and Virginia’s Hunt Country to the fertile farms of central Florida and the sun-sweetened fields of Northern California. The battle for Top Dog remains a closely watched race across the country, and Billy has the latest news on each of the exciting contenders.

Senior Editor Christi McDonald takes a look at the Group and Best in Show winners from this weekend’s Rockford-Freeport Kennel Club shows. Many of the winning dogs’ pedigrees contain the names of their breeds’ most influential sires and dams, including a few with international records. Read about their wins, and meet the little owner-handled dog that made a big impression on the judges in Illinois.
