Bill Shelton Podcast: Part Three and the Buzz About Boxers

In today’s podcast with Pilar Kuhn, Bill Shelton talks about the need for a strong lobby to counteract the damage caused by the animal rights movement. As the community most responsible for the welfare of all dogs, dedicated purebred dog breeders have the ability to raise awareness of the truth on a grassroots level. Listen in as Bill discusses the importance of educating our own rank and file on the need to raise minimum standards for health testing, and learn why he says a judge can’t be afraid to put up the right dog.

The Boxer is a perennial favorite among dog lovers around the world. In today’s Breeder Buzzwords, the breed’s handsome head, muscular physique and stylish markings are presented as just a few of the reasons for its appearance on so many Top 10 lists. Discover how the careful selection of breeding stock created this enormously appealing Working dog, and find out that when it comes to white dogs, what you see isn’t exactly what you get.
