DFR Blogger Kayla Bertagnolli spent part of last week in Houston, Texas, where she had a chance to watch many junior handlers and their dogs compete. It was Kayla’s first visit to the Lone Star State, and the competition she saw in the ring didn’t disappoint. Meet some of the young competitors and their dogs that strutted their stuff at the Reliant Center.
Sometimes the hardest part of a dog show is simply getting to the show site. Road construction, inadequate parking and flight cancellations are just a few of the conditions that exhibitors encounter with increasing regularity. Blogger-in-Chief Billy Wheeler reminds his readers today that getting there is half the fun.
Best In Show Daily invites you to participate in our latest online poll. Each week we ask readers to share their opinions on a topic of interest to breeders, exhibitors and dog lovers everywhere. This week we’d like to find out about the role that you think junior handlers play in the dog sport.
