Montgomery County’s Rich History, plus Up to the Minute Top Ten

The Montgomery County Kennel Club holds the distinction of being the only AKC all-breed club that limits its show to Terriers. Senior Editor Christi McDonald reflects on the richness of the club’s history, and recalls some of the names – both human and canine – that have made this iconic show the world-class event that it is.

Blogger-in-Chief Billy Wheeler provides an update today on the standings in the race to become America’s Top Dog. To accompany the numbers, he’s presenting new and improved charts to illustrate the excitement of this year’s contest. Find out where your favorites are positioned as they prepare to head down the stretch.
