P5 Is Fun and Easy to Use

My Old English Sheepdog, Scarlett, has been a big part of my family for over 10 years. As a mature dog, she doesn’t run around like a puppy anymore, but I still need to make sure that she exercises enough. I need the exercise, too! So to track our physical activity, I decided to try out Purina’s P5 app on my iPhone. It was easy to find and install from the Apple ITunes store. The install was just like any other app. It happened automatically from the app store.

Once installed, I easily opened the app by clicking on it with my finger. I was impressed with the professionalism of this app. Purina clearly took a lot of care in developing the app to make sure that it was simple and professional. I entered information about Scarlett, a one-time setup step. This was easy to do, using P5’s cool interface. With P5’s help, I chose the goal for Scarlett’s exercise. We wanted moderate exercise, and 15 minutes a day of walking fit the bill.

Now, every day when I walk Scarlett, I easily record it in the P5 app. With P5’s help, we’ve built a simple exercise routine of walking three times a day, at least five minutes per walk. Each time we walk, I track this activity with P5. Purina’s app automatically tracks our daily and weekly activity, and displays it for me very nicely, by day of the week, and lets me know how much of our weekly goal has been completed.
The P5 interface is attractive, and the app is fun and easy to use. My use of P5 with my mature OES is rather simple, but it fits the bill well for this, and helps assure that we are exercising like we should.
