Shows Closing October 17, plus Love the Breed You’re With

Senior Editor Christi McDonald takes a look at some of the inspired events being offered at shows closing on October 17, 2012. From California to Indiana, many clubs are planning to welcome fanciers with special attractions and incentives, including reduced entry fees. Find out where junior handlers can enter at no charge, and where a prize will be awarded for Best Western Belt Buckle in Show.

Blogger-in-Chief Billy Wheeler is packing his bags once again for an extended dog show weekend. Southeastern Pennsylvania will be home base for the next four days as he joins the throngs of fanciers who’ve come to the area to see the country’s finest Terriers. Find out what Billy’s got planned in today’s Back Story.

Many of this year’s top show dogs are featured in their own beautiful mini-websites on Best In Show Daily. Simply click on a banner ad to see the dog’s up-to-date show history, plus a slide show of photos that reveals exactly why it’s a top dog.
