Ha'Penny Moon Shadow, the top-winning Bearded Collie in the history of the breed in the United States, was selected as best in show yesterday at the all-breed fixture of the Union County Kennel Club in Dunn Sports Center in Elizabeth, N.J. It was the 20th major award for the dog, who is owned by Robert Greitzer and Richard Schneider of New York and handled by Cliff Steele.
